Thoughts on Valentine's Day
Not bad at all... (or was it just a case of "pasalamat kesa wala?!" hahaha).

Well, I got a bunch of gerberas (my favorites!) from a friend and unexpectedly a bunch of roses from my date, which by the way was also an unexpected date. I didn't really think that he would ask me out but well, he did. He's an American partly living in Bangkok (partly kasi he spends only half of the year here and half of the time back in the US).

Ok naman, it was a nice and relaxed date. I met him at the restaurant already since I live very from from the center of Bangkok, it will take forever if he had to go to my office (in fairness, I was only 30minutes late). We went to this British pub somewhere, and oh my gosh... the moment we stepped in, I was actually wishing that I was alone instead! Ang daming yummy na afams! Grabe! Although my date was pretty ok too pero he's not someone I'd sing "The Way You Look at Me"... I think yun na yung measurement ko if I'm really into a guy. So there I was with my date at a corner table chatting, drinking and laughing... pero deep inside I was actually hoping and checking the room for guys who may be checking me out too. Hahaha. Well, there were some... obviously because I was wearing a really plunging neckline again. Hahaha.

The thing is I know that in my previous posts I've mentioned a couple of times that I really just want a tall caucasian guy, with more money than me, etcetera etcetera. I have some of them now and I've more than dated a few, but I just can't seem to feel the magic.

Perhaps, gaya nga ng sabi ko dati eh... you really can't help who you fancy.

Alam ko gaga talaga ko, pero naalala ko pa rin si Simon and I actually daydreamed that he will reappear again and be my Valentine. Subalit, Feb15 na... tapos na... gising Lara!
