Birthday at work...
Well, it turned out to be great! I still don't intend to have a big party and get drunk though. But still, I'm thankful for all the people who remembered =)

Thank you to Nap for the pink roses, Jojoe for the pink gerberas and the other pink bouquet was really special considering the person who sent it to me is in Sydney. Thanks Allan!



No birthday cake... my officemates said I should stick to my diet. They gave me 'birthday apples' instead. hahahaha!



I love my big pink elephant!!! Thank you to all my thai officemates...



I'm naming her 'Chang Noi'. Chang is elephant, and noi means little. LOL.

Thank you to all who sent me SMS, email and other messages online. And to Bootsie, I know you have a gift for me. LOL. Since we talked about it already, and I will send yours soon too --- as soon as I unpack my stuff. Hehehe.

i came across your blog through rbj.
i was recently in thailand (and laos) on a backpacking trip and i fell in love with the country and more importantly, the people there.

i'm a filipino-canadian and im just wondering how life is for a filipino in thailand?
are you picking up the thai language?
how are the career opportunities there for foreigners in the health-fitness sector (k, i dont expect you to answer this last one cz i shd really continue to do my own research).

anyhow, nice to read a journal by a filipina in thailand. im inspired by people like yourself who make the move over to the land of smiles. hopefully, one day i will follow the same path.
