May the G-FORCE be with you...
[The pulling of objects toward Earth by gravity is called G-force.]
Imagine...
You're spinning upside down, then plummeting from the height of a 30-storey building while watching the fast-approaching ground. What else is there to do but scream like there is no tomorrow, right?!
This is what happened to me when I rode the G-Force at the Amazing Fun Park here in Bangkok. Attached to the top of a super upright pole is a giant lever, which gives the G-force the appearance of a two-pronged windmill. (Sorry, I don't have pictures right now. We did not bring a camera and only had money in our pockets to make it convenient for all of us). Each end of the lever has four back-to-back ride seats, facing outwards in pairs. After securing the seats, we were then lifted into the air as the opposite end of the lever drops down to ground level to pick up more joy riders! I swear... this must have been the longest, scariest two minutes of my life. The anticipation was killing me! From the seat, our legs hang freely, and my hands glued to the safety bar across my chest! Hahaha!
And there I was on top of the world, screaming endlessly to the endless sky, when suddenly, the G-Force hurls earthwards in a sharp circle drop. All I can do is scream as we plummet towards the ground! The giant lever continues to rise and fall while at the same time, the seat was spinning around 360 degrees! It was definitely a lot of spinning and spinning and dizziness.
Nakakadiri pero nasuka talaga ko! hahaha! pero not naman in the park.
I threw-up around 1hr. after we left (thank God I was already home!) And I still felt dizzy the day after! Grabe!
