Winter?!
I think it's funny that Thais call this time of the year winter. Sure it gets colder and the temperature drops to about 21 degrees celsius at night and early morning, but calling it winter time is totally wrong. It is still very hot you know... 31 degrees during the day is like summer in countries where there are four seasons.

I remember last year, I attended several parties and events with titles such as "Winter Festival" or "Winter Show". Super funny, because most of the performers were all wet with sweat. hahaha!

I guess most of them cannot accept the fact that there are only three seasons here: hot, hotter and hottest. Or mahina lang siguro talaga sila sa English...
